We were called to this busy hotel in Surrey who couldn’t shake the bed bugs off despite a number of companies trying.
After a careful risk assessment, we provided a heat treatment and a standard protocol of performing a 360 degrees treatment to the surrounding rooms.
The rooms were treated and re-opened that evening and the result was 100% successful, which meant no disruption to the hotel and no rooms closed with loss of revenue.
